Tutoring
For parents
We currently offer tutoring and exam preparation for individual students or small groups (2 max), for all sciences and mathematics up to GCSE level and physics for A-level and other pre-university courses. We cover all major exam board specifications. We support online tutoring only. We work with home-educated students, teaching them the whole syllabus and providing them with all the resources they need for a successful outcome.
If you are interested in our tutoring services, please contact us to discuss your child’s individual needs. A tailor-made monthly plan will be drafted, containing the suggested duration, timings and number of tutorials, together with the relevant cost. The plan is flexible and can be reviewed at any time as it aims to follow the progress of your child.
For students
If you are a GCSE or A-level student that finds science and mathematics to be challenging subjects, consider these thoughts:
Failure is part of the learning process. Do not be afraid to fail as this will give you a deeper understanding of the problem and ultimately will lead you to its solution.
Be brave and do not give up easily when facing difficulties. Every hurdle you overcome, will give you confidence in yourself and will bring you one step closer to your goal.
Take every opportunity that comes to you to enrich your education. You will always be a winner.
Never compare yourself to others who are regarded as better than you; only compare yourself to your past self, as this will show you how much you have progressed and will give you the courage to keep working towards your goal.
Learning to think scientifically will benefit your life even if you choose a non-scientific career because it will help you solve the complex problems life will throw at you.
